Can be tanky through bear form and cooldowns. In general, Restoration Druid is great against most affixes. Can pre-hot before pulls start, allowing for them to DPS during a pull. Stealth allows for interesting gameplay for a healer. Its kit is amazing and most other healing classes wish they had a fraction of it. 
This class is the cream of the crop when it comes to both PvE and PvP healing. When you think Restoration Druid you think of healing over time. Overall Power Rating: 92/100 Resto Druid (S Tier PvE and PvP)
Has good defense against physical damage. They have a great ability to mitigate large chunks of damage while providing their melee DPS a boost of damage. The tanking spec of the Monk class, the Brewmaster ranks pretty high. Have you even hit me yet? I don't feel a thing! Overall Power Rating: 94/100 Brewmaster (S Tier PvE) While being one of the better tanks, they still put out good DPS. Currently, it is also one of the best mythic+ tanks. The Protection Warrior is the less angry of the Warrior specs. The Protection Warrior is one of the original tanking classes and still excels at the role. Overall Power Rating: 95/100 Prot Warrior (S Tier PvE) A strong defense against both physical and magical damage. It can handle most situations easier than other tanks and excels at staying alive. Currently, it is one of the best mythic+ tanks. The Protection Paladin is a holy defender for good. The Defender of Justice, the Protection Paladin can take all comers! Beast Mastery Hunter (Mythic + and PvP). 
C-tier and below are just not going to get the job done to push as far as the classes above them. B-tier classes are still good, just not ideal.
A-tier is still really, really good, but just not on the level of the S-tier. If you want to push hard for keys or arena ranking, these are the classes you want to pick.
